Responsibilities

• Take accurate food and beverage orders using our point-of-sale system.
• Serve food and beverages in an efficient and courteous manner to all customers.
• Manage guest inquiries and provide knowledgeable answers about menu items.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of dining areas according to standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for timely order preparation and delivery.
• Upsell additional products and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
• Handle guest complaints skillfully and escalate issues when necessary for resolution.
• Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed throughout the shift.
• Process guest payments accurately and efficiently, maintaining transaction security.
• Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe dining environment.
• Participate in team meetings and training programs for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a food and beverage environment is highly desirable.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and engaging approach.
• Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Must be physically fit to stand, walk, and carry light loads during shifts.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality certifications are advantageous.
