Job Description

The Export Customer Care Representative is an essential role within international commerce, focusing on providing exemplary customer service for export activities. This individual acts as the main point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, solving problems, and ensuring customer satisfaction regarding the international shipping and documentation process. Responsibilities

  • Prepare and verify the accuracy of export documentation and customs declarations.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
  • Communicate and collaborate with internal departments to meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Maintain and update customer records concerning export transactions and interactions.
  • Identify customer trends and feedback to suggest improvements to export services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Logistics, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of two years experience in customer service within the export industry.
  • Strong understanding of export compliance and international trade regulations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Proficiency in using shipping software and customer relationship management tools.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations.
