Job Description
- Define and lead a unified data strategy across a multi-entity organisation.
- Establish governance frameworks to ensure data quality, privacy, and compliance.
- Oversee scalable data platforms supporting advanced analytics and decision-making.
- Drive adoption of AI and machine learning to deliver actionable insights.
- Enable secure and ethical data sharing across internal and external stakeholders.
- Promote a data-driven culture through training and capability building.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of data professionals.
- Minimum 15 years experience in data strategy, governance, or analytics, with at least 5 years in executive leadership roles.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale data programmes across complex organisations.
- Strong expertise in data governance, privacy, AI ethics, and regulatory compliance.
- Advanced knowledge of data infrastructure, cloud platforms, and analytical tools.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Masters degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Ph.D. preferred.
- A high-impact leadership role shaping data strategy across a major organisation with multiple subsidiaries.
