SOAR Engineer (Security Orchestration Automation and Response) Dubai to $105,000

As a SOAR Engineer you will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining advanced security automation workflows, integrating tools and processes to enhance operational efficiency. Youll collaborate with SOC, DevOps and Engineering teams to automate playbooks and response procedures, develop containerized automation services using Docker, manage deployments on Kubernetes clusters and integrate cloud-native and on-premise systems with automation frameworks.

Youll be encouraged to stay up to date with security automation trends and will get involved with technical discussions, proposing emerging technologies to drive continual improvement.

Location:

Youll be based in Dubai on a fulltime basis (if relocating youll get paid for return flights home once a year); the company is able to offer visa sponsorship for highly skilled candidates.

About You

• You have experience in a similar SOAR (Security Orchestration Automation and Response) position
• You have experience of building automated workflows to resolve basic security instances
• You have Python coding skills, a good knowledge of AWS and Containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Youre collaborative and pragmatic, comfortable working with clients and able to build strong working relationships
• You have fluent English language skills
• You are degree educated in Computer Science or other STEM discipline
