Job Description

As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will serve as a critical link between our clients and our organization, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of enterprise clients, nurturing relationships, and driving business growth by identifying opportunities to add value. Your role is pivotal in helping to deliver strategic solutions that meet the complex and ever-changing needs of our large-scale clients. By collaborating with various internal teams, you will facilitate the alignment of our services with client goals, ensuring that all engagements are handled with efficiency and expertise. This position requires strong relationship management skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of our service offerings and client landscapes.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders within the client organizations.
  • Identify business opportunities to drive revenue from existing enterprise client portfolios.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving client issues and inquiries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to communicate progress and performance metrics.
  • Monitor market trends to provide clients with timely insights and competitive analysis.
  • Design and implement account plans based on client strategies and objectives.
  • Assist in the development of proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
  • Work closely with sales teams to create contract renewal strategies for existing customers.
  • Guide customers in the adoption and integration of our solutions into their workflows.
  • Proactively gather client feedback to inform product and service enhancements.
  • Prepare accurate reports and forecasts to inform the senior management about account performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in account management or customer success.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing enterprise client relationships.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze client needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and other tools for account management.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts while prioritizing and delivering results.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to travel as needed to manage client relationships and strategic needs.
