Job Description

An Enterprise Account Manager is the cornerstone in developing and maintaining deep and trusting relationships with high-value clients who are critical to a company's success. These clients typically operate at scale, requiring customized solutions and dedicated attention to sustain their business. As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will oversee and ensure client satisfaction, identify new business opportunities within existing accounts, and facilitate seamless communication between the client and internal teams. This role is integral for driving revenue growth and ensuring the longevity and expansion of business relationships. The ideal candidate is an adept negotiator, strategic thinker, and possesses the ability to understand complex enterprise needs.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and sustain long-lasting relationships with enterprise clients to foster loyalty.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their unique challenges and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products to existing enterprise clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure clients' requirements are fully met.
  • Monitor account performance metrics and adjust strategies to exceed client expectations.
  • Navigate complex negotiations and close deals to increase overall company revenue.
  • Prepare detailed account plans that outline growth strategies and risk management.
  • Act as the primary contact for key enterprise clients, ensuring timely responses and support.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to assess client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends to anticipate clients’ changing needs and preferences.
  • Develop marketing materials and presentations tailored to specific client industries.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of client interactions and outcomes for future strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field required.
  • Minimum of five years of experience managing enterprise or large accounts.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle complex negotiations.
  • Strong analytical skills for assessing client needs and formulating strategic plans.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite necessary.
  • Ability to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
