Responsibilities

• Create detailed architectural drawings for fitout and joinery projects using CAD software.
• Work closely with architects, designers, and engineers on project specifications.

• Convert rough sketches and designs into precise and detailed plans.
• Visit project sites to gather data and ensure design feasibility and accuracy.
• Identify potential design problems and propose effective solutions promptly.
• Collaborate with the manufacturing team to ensure design feasibility for production.
• Adjust and revise designs based on feedback from clients and project teams.
• Maintain organized records of all drawings and design documents systematically.

• Participate in design meetings, contributing ideas and rendering support to the team.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards in all designs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architectural Drafting, Design or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Draftsman in the fitout and joinery industry.
• Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for team collaboration.
• Ability to interpret architectural sketches, blueprints, and designs accurately.
