We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Direct Sales Executive to join our fast-paced sales team. As a Direct Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the revenue growth of our company by actively engaging potential clients and converting them into loyal customers. Your primary responsibility will be to directly sell our products and services, demonstrating a persuasive ability to meet and exceed sales targets. This role is essential in ensuring that our company remains at the forefront of market competition. You will also be expected to build strong relationships, understand customer needs, and effectively communicate the value of our offerings. Responsibilities

  • Identify prospective customers and establish strong relationships to drive sales growth.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
  • Present and demonstrate the value of company products and services to potential clients.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of product features and industry competition.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits and customer satisfaction.
  • Regularly achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and improve sales outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to generate new leads and contacts.
  • Provide ongoing customer support and resolve any issues or concerns that arise.
  • Continuously update skills and knowledge to remain competitive in the sales industry.
  • Report to the Sales Manager with detailed sales forecasts and performance analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Direct Sales Executive or relevant sales role.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals.
  • Results-driven with a strong determination to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
