  • Create, schedule, and manage content across social media platforms to engage audiences.
  • Work collaboratively with content creators and graphic designers to enhance campaign materials.
  • Utilize email marketing strategies to nurture leads and boost customer engagement.
  • Monitor competitors' marketing activities to ensure competitiveness in the industry.
  • Oversee pay-per-click advertising campaigns and measure their effectiveness regularly.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to align digital strategies with sales outcomes and goals.
  • Stay updated on the latest marketing trends and technology advancements to innovate practices.
  • Report on marketing effectiveness to leadership and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Ensure all marketing efforts comply consistently with brand standards and guidelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing with knowledge of various online platforms.
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with web design, content management, and search engine optimization (SEO).
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability in handling data-driven marketing tools.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the capacity to collaborate effectively.
  • Experience with at least one major web analytics tool, such as Google Analytics.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in digital marketing and social media.
