Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Dietitian to join our team. As a Dietitian, you will play a key role in promoting healthy eating, designing and implementing nutrition programs, and providing expert nutritional advice to various demographics. You will collaborate with patients, healthcare professionals, and organizations to create personalized nutritional plans and provide guidance on healthy lifestyle choices. Your goal is to ensure optimal dietary habits among individuals and groups through education and motivation. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, comprehensive understanding of nutrition science, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities

  • Assess nutritional needs and health status of clients or patients with precision.
  • Develop personalized nutrition plans based on dietary needs and goals.
  • Provide evidence-based nutritional guidance to promote healthy lifestyle choices.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of nutrition plans, making adjustments as needed.
  • Educate clients about food safety, label reading, and portion control strategies.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to integrate nutritional care into patient treatment.
  • Conduct nutritional assessments, including analysis of intake and dietary habits.
  • Offer specialized advice on diet for medical conditions such as diabetes or hypertension.
  • Lead workshops, seminars, and educational sessions on nutrition-related topics.
  • Research and stay updated on the latest nutrition science and diet trends.
  • Prepare and distribute educational materials tailor-made for various age groups and needs.
  • Maintain detailed records of client progress and dietary program outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field required.
  • Registered Dietitian (RD) certification or equivalent credential is mandatory.
  • Minimum of two years of clinical or community-based dietetics experience preferred.
  • Excellent ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to assess dietary needs accurately.
  • Proficiency in using nutrition assessment tools and dietary analysis software.
  • Commitment to staying informed on current nutrition research and guidelines.
