We are looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our team and lead strategic customer engagements that ensure service excellence, contract renewals, and business growth.

 

Role Overview

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customers, ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes through our digital services (including SaaS) and recurring contracts. Your goal is to build strong relationships, drive customer satisfaction, and secure long-term partnerships.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Initiate the CSM journey with customers post-asset activation, including connected assets.
  • Design and implement Customer Success Frameworks to reduce churn, increase renewals, and identify at-risk accounts.
  • Develop and manage customer success plans using Totango, tracking tasks, timelines, and milestones.
  • Conduct regular customer meetings to assess service utilization, gather feedback, and implement improvements.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Project Management, and the Connected Service Hub to resolve customer issues and enhance satisfaction.
  • Review and tailor analysis reports to meet customer needs and drive actionable insights.
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for pull-through business from connected customers.
  • Ensure timely renewal of contracts and onboarding of new assets.
  • Support Secure Power Segment growth through technical expertise and business development.
  • Coordinate with Subject Matter Experts and Account Managers to deliver a seamless end-to-end service journey.
  • Contribute to monetization strategies through client visits, campaigns, and demand generation initiatives.
  • Work with Sales, Marketing, and EcoXperts to execute coverage plans and meet operational and commercial KPIs.

Qualifications & Skills

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field.
  • 6-8 years of experience in IT/Data Centers.
  • Background in Project Management and Sales is advantageous.
  • Strong technical and business acumen with the ability to quickly learn new software solutions.
  • Excellent communication and customer journey mapping skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a matrixed, cross-functional environment.
