  • Track and report on key performance indicators related to client services.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to ensure competitive and innovative client solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Proven experience in client management or related customer service roles.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess client needs effectively.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts while maintaining high service standards.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for client documentation.
  • Familiarity with industry trends and practices to offer superior client solutions.
