Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the frontline communicator between our organization and our valued customers. You will be responsible for ensuring a top-notch experience by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service in every interaction. Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
  • Provide detailed and accurate information about products and services to customers.
  • Handle billing inquiries and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Document and maintain records of customer interactions and transactions thoroughly.
  • Collaborate with team members to address complex customer issues and concerns.
  • Identify potential sales opportunities and escalate them to the relevant department.
  • Track and follow up on customer requests to ensure resolutions are timely and satisfactory.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and changes in the company's offerings.
  • Adhere to prescribed service levels, processes, and protocols consistently.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve service quality and efficiency.
  • Contribute to team performance goals by achieving personal performance benchmarks.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred for advancement.
  • Proven customer service or call center experience, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written are essential.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly are required.
  • Proficiency in using computer applications and customer service software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations calmly.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, is needed.
