Responsibilities

  • Participate in inventory management tasks such as stock-taking and reordering.
  • Provide training to junior sales staff and assist them in developing customer service skills.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a sales representative, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and customer service best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with customers.
  • Ability to work in a high-energy environment and handle stressful situations calmly.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and point of sale software.
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required to apply for this role.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
