Responsibilities

  • Assist guests by providing information and special services upon request.

  • Arrange transportation, bookings, and reservations efficiently and accurately.
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and care.
  • Promote local sites and amenities to enhance guest experience during stays.
  • Facilitate communication between guests and hotel management for better service delivery.
  • Ensure the lobby and other front-of-house areas are well-managed and inviting.
  • Manage guest requests calmly and promptly, ensuring effective solutions.
  • Prepare reports and documentation for guest-related activities and requests.
  • Strive for continuous improvement in service delivery and guest interactions.
  • Welcome and bid farewell to guests, ensuring a positive experience at all times.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with diverse guests.
  • Proficiency in using reservation software and handling multiple requests simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to resolve guest issues amicably and efficiently.
  • Ability to stay composed under pressure and manage time effectively.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Adhere to the highest standards of professional etiquette and personal presentation.
