Job Description

As a Business Development Manager for Facilities Management, you will spearhead the growth and expansion of our services within the industry. Your primary responsibility will be to forge and nurture client relationships, identify emerging market opportunities, and develop strategic initiatives to drive business objectives. This role requires a dynamic individual with a deep understanding of facilities management, exceptional analytical skills, and a proven track record of successful business development strategies. You will work closely with the leadership team to align efforts with business goals and ensure the delivery of high-quality services that meet client expectations. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve company goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the facilities management sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders and clients.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns.
  • Analyze market trends to identify potential growth areas and competitive edge.
  • Negotiate and close complex client agreements to drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and ensure the delivery of exceptional service standards.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless integration of new services.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Lead the preparation of bids and tenders in line with organizational capabilities.
  • Track industry developments and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions.
  • Report on business development activities and performance against targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development within the facilities management industry.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer requirements in the sector.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills for effective client engagement.
  • Ability to develop and execute successful business growth strategies independently.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and address strategic challenges.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and other business development tools essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet concurrent deadlines.
