Job Description

The Business Development Executive plays a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion strategy of a company. This position involves identifying and developing new business opportunities and building and maintaining strong relationships with partners and clients. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for developing strategies that align with the company's objectives and contribute to its financial growth. This role requires a blend of analytical skills, strong market insight, and the ability to negotiate effectively. Our ideal candidate is highly motivated, results-driven, and demonstrates an in-depth understanding of the market and customer needs. The ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to a variety of stakeholders is essential. You will work closely with our sales, marketing, and product teams to help identify market trends and customer needs, which will lead to increased revenue opportunities.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
  • Create and present business proposals to prospective clients and partners.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure beneficial terms for the company.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure consistent growth.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business threats and opportunities.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate business development strategies.
  • Achieve or exceed set sales targets and strategic business goals monthly.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and seminars to promote the company.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and legal requirements in business dealings.
  • Coordinate with customer service to ensure client satisfaction and address service issues.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, opportunities, and client interactions efficiently.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales roles.
  • Proven track record of achieving strategic business growth and sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for market analysis and strategy formulation.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales productivity tools preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the market dynamics and industry trends impacting the business.
