Job Description

A Brand Marketing Executive plays a crucial role in the development and execution of marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate is highly creative, strategic, and possesses excellent communication skills to effectively promote a brand across various channels. Responsible for planning and implementing marketing campaigns, the Brand Marketing Executive ensures that the brand's message is consistent and resonates with the target audience. The role involves collaboration with design, product, and sales teams as well as liaising with external agencies or freelancers. The candidate should have a deep understanding of market trends and consumer behavior to execute successful brand marketing activities that align with the company's objectives.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement brand marketing strategies to build brand loyalty and awareness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align brand marketing activities with overall business goals.
  • Analyze market trends and consumer insights to inform strategic marketing decisions.
  • Create and manage marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional channels.
  • Oversee the production of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and promotional emails.
  • Coordinate with external agencies to execute marketing strategies and campaigns effectively.
  • Monitor brand performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the marketplace.
  • Organize and attend events to promote brand engagement and networking opportunities.
  • Maintain and enhance the company's online presence through SEO and content marketing.
  • Report to senior management on marketing activities and present performance insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field required.
  • Previous experience as a Brand Marketing Executive or similar role is essential.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, brand management, and consumer behavior.
  • Proficient in using marketing software and tools such as Google Analytics or Hootsuite.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders.
  • Creative flair with a strategic mindset and the ability to think outside the box.
  • Experience working with design and production teams to create marketing materials.
  • Highly analytical, with a knack for interpreting data and insights to drive decisions.
