BIM Architect

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Architect with strong experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM). The ideal candidate will be proficient in Revit and BIM Collaborate Pro, playing a crucial role in design and construction processes while ensuring adherence to BIM standards and practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage BIM standards and protocols.
• Oversee creation and maintenance of BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to integrate BIM processes.
• Facilitate coordination meetings and ensure effective communication across teams.
• Manage clash detection and resolution processes.
• Create, modify, and review architectural designs and construction documents using Revit.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of BIM models and documentation.
• Develop and maintain project templates, families, and libraries in Revit.
• Conduct quality checks on BIM models for compliance with requirements and standards.
• Provide guidance and support to teams on BIM-related issues.
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures.
• Utilize BIM Collaborate Pro to enhance collaboration and coordination.
• Manage project data, documentation, and version control.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM management and architectural design.
• Proficiency in Revit and BIM Collaborate Pro.
• Strong understanding of BIM standards, protocols, and best practices.
• Experience in clash detection and resolution.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  
  

• Professional certification in BIM or related fields.
• Experience with other BIM tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Navisworks).
• Knowledge of sustainable design practices.
