Job Description

As a Banking Solution Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our banking solutions by engaging with prospective clients and demonstrating the value our products and services can bring to their operations. You will work with a team of skilled professionals and leverage your expertise to understand client needs, offer tailored solutions, and build strong relationships that facilitate long-term business partnerships. Your responsibilities will encompass the complete sales cycle from initial contact through to closing deals, and you will be expected to not only meet but exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organization. This role requires a dynamic and proactive approach, a solid understanding of the financial services landscape, and the ability to communicate complex solutions in a clear and persuasive manner.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify potential clients for banking solutions and services.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of company banking products and offerings.
  • Conduct in-depth needs analysis to tailor solutions to client requirements effectively.
  • Present banking solutions in a compelling and insightful way to key decision-makers.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage sales processes to successful closures.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to ensure client feedback is incorporated into future solutions.
  • Prepare detailed proposals, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Attend industry conferences and networking events to promote company services.
  • Track and report on sales metrics and outcomes on a regular basis to management.
  • Stay informed of industry trends, competitor actions, and regulatory changes.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service throughout the sales process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in banking solutions.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
  • Strong understanding of financial services, products, and retail banking operations.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for client engagement.
  • Ability to analyze complex client needs and translate them into viable solutions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for managing sales activities.
  • Capability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, conferences, and industry events as needed.
