Job Description

As an Account Management Associate, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining and expanding relationships with our invaluable clients. Your primary focus will be to ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their needs and providing outstanding customer service. You will work closely with account managers to support client retention and growth, and assist in identifying business opportunities. You will also be responsible for analyzing customer data to identify trends and implement strategies that optimize client success. By collaborating with different teams across the organization, you will ensure timely delivery of solutions and services. This role is ideal for detail-oriented individuals who enjoy building relationships and have a knack for problem-solving.


Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and maintaining strong, lasting client relationships to ensure loyalty.
  • Collaborate with account managers to support client retention and business growth initiatives.
  • Respond to client inquiries and ensure all issues are addressed in a timely manner.
  • Collect and analyze client data to identify trends and opportunities for upselling.
  • Participate in meetings with clients to discuss performance, feedback, and strategies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.
  • Assist in creating account strategies and roadmaps to meet client goals.
  • Prepare and provide reports on client status and activity to management.
  • Engage in cross-departmental projects to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Monitor industry trends to provide relevant insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Support the preparation and execution of proposals and contract renewals.
  • Track and report key account metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or account management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
  • Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Experience working with CRM software and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
