Job Description

As a Telesales Consultant, you will play a vital role in driving the sales force of our organization, engaging with potential customers over the phone to promote and sell products or services. Your primary objective is to convert prospects into clients by presenting compelling arguments and deals that meet their needs. This role requires exceptional communication skills, resilience, and the ability to work towards achieving sales targets consistently. You will be the first point of contact with potential customers, requiring you to present a positive and professional image of the company. This position also demands an understanding of your products and services to respond effectively to inquiries and objections.


Responsibilities

  • Identify potential customers through cold calling and convert them into clients.
  • Maintain and update customer databases with relevant sales information.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products and services offered.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets or quotas set by management.
  • Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals generated from different marketing activities.
  • Handle customer inquiries with enthusiasm, providing detailed product information.
  • Manage customer relationships by building trust and providing excellent service.
  • Identify and respond to customer needs promptly with appropriate solutions.
  • Participate in team meetings to review sales performance and improve strategies.
  • Prepare accurate reports on a daily and weekly basis reflecting sales activities.
  • Collaborate with other sales executives and departments to optimize sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working in a telesales or call center role, achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills over the phone and in writing.
  • Ability to work independently, self-motivated with a strong sales attitude.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and maintaining accurate sales records.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree in Sales or related field preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently.
  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment.
