Job Description

As a Tele Caller, you will be an integral part of our customer engagement team, responsible for reaching out to potential and existing clients through phone calls. Your role will focus on promoting our products, addressing customer inquiries, and enhancing customer satisfaction through effective communication. A successful Tele Caller should possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to develop rapport with clients over the phone. Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote our products.
  • Handle inbound customer calls regarding inquiries and provide appropriate responses.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.
  • Conduct surveys and collect customer feedback to improve services offered.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to the relevant department for resolution.
  • Schedule appointments and demonstrations for interested clients through effective communication.
  • Use scripts to provide information about product features and benefits accurately.
  • Persuade prospective customers to purchase our products by highlighting benefits.
  • Update the customer database regularly to ensure information accuracy and relevance.
  • Achieve set targets and key performance indicators determined by the management team.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve sales techniques and customer service.
  • Keep abreast of product updates and industry trends to provide informed responses.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Tele Caller or in a similar customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and professional phone manner.
  • Ability to handle rejection with a positive attitude and remain persistent.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage and prioritize calls effectively.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with call center software and databases.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to identify customer needs.
