We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced HR Generalist to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screenings, and interviews.
  • Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth assimilation.
  • Develop and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
  • Coordinate performance management processes to ensure employee objectives are met.
  • Handle employee relations, addressing demands, grievances, or other issues as needed.
  • Maintain and update HR policies and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
  • Oversee the administration of HR programs, including benefits and compensation.
  • Facilitate communication between management and employees to improve work relationships.
  • Analyze trends in HR data to identify areas for improvement in HR processes.
  • Support the management team in organizational change and development initiatives.
  • Promote HR programs to create a positive and engaging employee experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar HR role for a minimum of two years.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures in a business environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate positive employee relations.
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools for efficient human resource management.
  • Ability to handle data with confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in decision-making.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
