Role/Job Title: Relationship Manager-Rural Business Banking

Function/Department: Rural Banking

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential business banking clients in the rural areas.
  • Identify and acquire new business banking clients through various channels such as referrals, cold calling, and networking.
  • Conduct thorough financial analysis and risk assessment of potential clients to determine creditworthiness and suitability for business banking products.
  • Cross-sell and upsell a range of business banking products and services to existing clients to increase revenue and deepen relationships.
  • Monitor and manage the performance of the business banking portfolio, ensuring timely repayments and minimizing delinquencies.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competition, and regulatory changes to identify new business opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate with other departments within the bank to provide customized solutions and excellent customer service to clients.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and profitability of the bank.

Education Qualification

Graduation: BA / BCom / BBA / BSc / BTech / BE or any other graduate.

Experience: 5 to 10 years of relevant experience
