We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Client Service Data Insights & Analytics II to join our Liquidity & Financing team in Markets . This role is located in Pune

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Participate with the data teams to review client data from various sources, including surveys, CRM data, customer service records, and market research reports.
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) that track client inquiry volumes, response times, resolution rates, and other KPIs
• Work closely with team members to aid in identify patterns and trends to inform business. client and automation strategies.
• Participate in building reports and presentations to stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable insights.
• Learn to design of client feedback systems and surveys to continuously improve client satisfaction.
• Work closely across the Client Service teams to leverage insights for consideration into business strategies.
• Collaborate with Client Service managers to define reporting requirements, validate data quality, and translate business questions into analytical solutions
  
  

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence—preferably within a financial-services or CRM-driven environment
• Strong SQL skills for querying and manipulating large, relational datasets
• Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas)
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work independently, prioritize competing requests, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Python or R for statistical analysis (preferred)
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics) (preferred)
