We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Systems Administrator.

In this role, you will:

• The job holder is responsible for technical delivery of 24x7 production support to Windows servers and MSSQL DB.
• Identify automation and Self-Healing opportunities to reduce manual efforts and standardise processes.
• Ability to operate and maintain Windows OS platforms, with a focus on debugging, automation, availability, performance, and scale.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex distributed systems and handle crisis calls.
• Work and collaborate across teams, such as Applications, Hardware, Microsoft, Network etc.
  
  

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in Windows and MSSQL DB.
• Ready to work in 365 days / 24 x 7 environment
• Experienced in Windows OS Troubleshooting, Performance Monitoring, Disk Administration and Windows Clustering.
• Experienced in MS SQL Database Server administration.
• Knowledge on MS SQL Databases ‘Always On Groups’, Mirroring & Replication
• Hardware Administration – HP/IBM/Dell/Lenovo
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Storage, Netbackup and Antivirus agent Troubleshooting.
• Exposure to ServiceNow and tool like JIRA, Confluence and Splunk.
• Knowledge on Vmware, PowerShell scripting and DevOps tools will be an added advantage.
