Job Description

As a Territory Sales Executive, you will have the opportunity to showcase your sales acumen in a dynamic environment. Your primary responsibility will involve managing and growing sales within a defined geographical area to maximize revenue and profitability. This role is ideal for a driven individual with a keen ability to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions that exceed expectations. You'll work closely with the sales team and management to align on strategic initiatives and establish strong relationships with clients. A Territory Sales Executive should be highly skilled at networking, negotiating, and closing deals, as well as maintaining and growing existing accounts. This position requires someone who is motivated by targets, passionate about sales, and eager to make a tangible impact on the company's growth.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for assigned territory.
  • Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking activities.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships within the territory.
  • Achieve sales targets and outcomes within the designated time frame.
  • Conduct frequent visits to clients and prospective clients to explore new opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors' activities in the territory.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and regular status updates to management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional activities effectively.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and other relevant industry events.
  • Negotiate and close agreements with large customers, resolving any issues or problems.
  • Provide constructive feedback and insights to management to improve product/service offerings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or similar role is essential.
  • Strong understanding of the sales cycle and techniques in B2B environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and present information.
  • Excellent negotiation, networking, and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Ability to travel within the territory as needed to meet clients.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software, with adaptability to learn new tools.
