About The Position

We’re looking for a Software Project Lead with 3–6 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Pune. As a fast-growing company transforming 3D engineering software development, we’re expanding our leadership to support global growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client expectations and manage relationships
• Lead project execution, reporting, and team coordination
• Represent nCircle with a customer-centric approach
• Mentor team members for continuous improvement
• Support recruitment and candidate assessments
• Travel domestically and internationally for client/supplier meetings
  
  

• 3–6 years of experience in project management or related roles
• Strong technical understanding and ability to manage scope
• Excellent prioritization, forecasting, and organizational skills
• Experience managing mid-sized teams and international clients
• Background in Quality Assurance preferred
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
