Job Summary :-

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master .

This role demands a proactive leader with a deep understanding of Agile principles, hands-on experience in managing cross-functional teams and enabling the team to deliver high-quality digital solutions in a timely manner.

This role requires close collaboration with various teams to ensure high-quality, timely delivery of digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Scrum Master Duties:

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

Ensure that Scrum principles are adhered to and the teams remain focused on their goals.

Coach team members on Agile best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Impediment Management:

Proactively identify and remove impediments that may teams progress, ensuring a clear line of accountability.

Escalate issues to appropriate stakeholders when necessary to ensure swift resolution.

Identify potential risks to product success and develop effective mitigation plans.

Communication and Collaboration:

Serve as a liaison between the Teams , Product Owner and other stakeholders, facilitating clear and effective communication.

Foster a collaborative environment where teams are empowered to take ownership of their work.

Reporting and Metrics:

Track and report on key performance metrics, providing insights to stakeholders on team performance, velocity, and delivery progress.

Use data to drive decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement.

Risk Management :

Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project stability and success.

.Establish robust risk management frameworks and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks with the ability to coach and guide teams.
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on removing impediments and facilitating smooth project delivery.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency with Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, Rally, or Azure DevOps
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Education :

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
