The Role Of The Junior Product Analyst- TripCache

• Help manage a portfolio of +50 airlines to increase the performance of our cache while supporting initiatives that improve price accuracy.
• Gather and analyze data to make product recommendations that will improve our cache and live searches strategies.
• Ensure that our caching and live searches initiatives are cost-efficient. Monitor proxy cost and help drive initiatives to keep costs below budget.
• Assist with product documentation and maintenance.
• Collaborate across teams and drive the shift execution of configuration changes.
• Draft and present reports on price accuracy and proxy cost.
• Showcase your strong organizational and project management skills.
• Understanding the different ways that TripStack obtains content and how our cache and live searches logic work is paramount to this role.
• Provide status updates and various recommendations to stakeholders to manage risks and opportunities
  
  

Requirements

• University Degree in business, information systems or related.
• 0-3 years of experience in an analytics, or product-related role.
• Passion for understanding and solving complex problems.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends and provide recommendations.
• Ability to multitask and execute in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong team player and good collaboration skills.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-driven and proactive.
• Excellent sense of accountability and ownership

• Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Graphana, Kibana, Google Analytics, Tableau).
• Basic understanding of agile development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
