  • Prepare and review documents, reports, and presentations before deadlines.
  • Manage and prioritize incoming emails, phone calls, and messages adeptly.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of integrity.
  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of special projects and events.
  • Conduct research and compile necessary information for decision-making processes.
  • Liaise with internal staff and external contacts to facilitate communication and workflow.
  • Track and manage expenses, invoices, and budgeting reports accurately.
  • Anticipate the employer’s needs and provide proactive support and solutions.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date filing and document management systems.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role for two years.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.
  • High proficiency in using office software tools such as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Discretion and confidentiality are paramount when handling sensitive information.
  • Proactive and resourceful problem-solving skills with a positive attitude.
