Position - Manager, Finance and Accounts, Hinjewadi Pune Location

Experience - Chartered Accountant with 6-8 years of experience, known to SAP

Position Overview

The role of Manager – Finance and Accounts is tailored for a Chartered Accountant with 6–8 years of experience, ideally with a strong command of SAP. This position is central to ensuring financial compliance, accurate reporting, and smooth coordination with both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities – Reviewed

Financial Statements & Audits

• Preparation of financial statements and coordination with auditors.
• Ensures compliance with audit requirements and timely closure.
  
  
  

• Responsible for month-end activities and reporting to the head office.
• Requires strong organizational and time management skills.
  
  
  

• Must ensure adherence to GST, TDS, PF, PT, ESI, Factories Act, and Labour Laws.
• A solid understanding of Indian tax and labor regulations is essential.
  
  
  

• Regular interaction with overseas teams for invoice booking and closing activities.
• Requires good communication skills and cross-cultural collaboration.
  
  
  

• Finalization of vendor contracts in collaboration with the legal team.
• Involves negotiation and legal coordination.
  
  
  

• Maintain and update the fixed asset register.
• Ensures accurate asset tracking and depreciation accounting.
  
  
  

• Manage treasury functions and oversee payroll processing.
• Involves cash flow management and employee compensation accuracy.
  
  
  

• Ensure compliance with internal group policies.
• Accurate posting of local taxes in the system.
  
  
  

• Working knowledge of SAP is a must.
• Experience in SAP FI/CO modules would be particularly valuable.
