Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Sr. Functional Analyst (ISG) with 6 to 9 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Functional Analysis and Maconomy with a strong understanding of Finance and Accounting. This hybrid role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance business processes and drive efficiency. The position offers a day shift schedule with no travel requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and evaluate business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document functional requirements for system enhancements.
  • Provide expert guidance on the implementation and integration of Maconomy solutions.
  • Develop detailed functional specifications to support system development and configuration.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of system changes to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to align business objectives with technical solutions.
  • Support end-users by providing training and resolving any functional issues that arise.
  • Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all functional analysis activities.
  • Work closely with the IT team to ensure seamless integration of new functionalities.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation to support decision-making processes.
  • Contribute to the development of strategic plans to enhance the companys financial systems.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall effectiveness of business operations.

Qualifications

  • Possess strong analytical skills with a proven track record in Functional Analysis.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Maconomy with the ability to implement and optimize solutions.
  • Have a solid understanding of Finance and Accounting principles and practices.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Show proficiency in developing functional specifications and documentation.
  • Display a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
