• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in development and Java programming.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
• Document technical specifications and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Participate in agile development processes including sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Ensure application security and data integrity through effective coding practices and testing.
• Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices in development.
