We’re looking for a Data Platform Consultant who thrives on building data solutions, collaborating with clients, and learning from senior team members. This role is central to delivering high-quality data pipelines, models, and reports that help our clients make smarter decisions.

You’ll be joining a collaborative, curious, and client-focused team that’s passionate about making data meaningful. If you enjoy solving problems, working across industries, and growing your technical and consulting skills, this could be a great fit.

What youll be doing...

You’ll play a central role in building and delivering data solutions for our clients. You’ll work closely with senior consultants and client stakeholders to understand requirements and implement high-quality outcomes.

Your core responsibilities will include:

• Managing your own deliverables and contributing to the success of your project team with increasing independence

• Building data pipelines and models using tools like SQL, Snowflake, and Matillion

• Proactively raising issues, managing your time effectively, and completing tasks with minimal prompting

• Communicating clearly with clients and peers, actively listening to understand needs and provide thoughtful solutions

• Offering multiple approaches to solve problems, explaining your reasoning, and adapting to changing project requirements

• Reflecting on feedback, showing initiative in your development, and supporting colleagues where you can

In your first 3–6 months, success might look like:

• Delivering your first end-to-end data pipeline with minimal guidance

• Receiving positive feedback from senior consultants on quality and collaboration

• Building strong rapport with at least one client team

What youll need to succeed...

We’re looking for someone who brings a mix of technical ability, curiosity, and collaboration.

You might be a great fit if you have:

• Strong SQL skills and experience with data warehousing or ETL tools

• Exposure to cloud platforms like Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, or Synapse

• A curious mindset and eagerness to learn

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients

This role might not be the right fit if you’re looking for:

• A purely technical role with minimal client interaction

• A focus on data science or machine learning rather than data engineering and analytics
