As a Analyst – Power BI & KPI Dashboard , you will be responsible for
Dashboard Development & Management
- Designing, developing, and maintaining interactive Power BI dashboards to track operational KPIs across materials planning, inventory, product delivery and procurement
- Automating data pipelines and ensuring dashboard accuracy, timeliness, and usability for leadership and stakeholders.
- Continuously enhance visualization and reporting standards for effective decision support.
KPI Tracking & Analysis
- Monitoring and analyzing key supply chain and materials management KPIs (e.g., on-time delivery, inventory turns, lead times, backlog health, slot adherence).
- Providing deep-dive analysis and highlight trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Generating regular reports and presentations for global and regional management reviews.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Working closely with Product Lines across the globe to align reporting standards and performance metrics.
- Partnering with Product Delivery Planners, Engineers, and Materials Managers to translate business requirements into meaningful dashboards and analytics.
- Supporting global stakeholders with ad-hoc analysis and KPI insights to drive data-informed decisions.
Data Management & Governance
- Validating and cleansing large datasets from ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
- Ensuring data consistency, accuracy, and integrity across reporting tools.
- Developing and documenting data definitions, reporting standards, and processes.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or related field.
- Have 2–5 years in data analysis, reporting, or supply chain analytics (preferably in manufacturing or Oil & Gas equipment).
- Have strong expertise in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, Data Modeling, Row-Level Security).
- Be Proficient in Excel, SQL, and ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
- Have good understanding of KPIs related to materials management, supply chain, and production planning.
- Have strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Have excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities across global, cross-cultural teams.
- Be Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Desired to have experience in Oil & Gas equipment or Subsea manufacturing is desirable but not mandatory.
- Exposure to global product lines and multi-location operations is an advantage.
