Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail oriented Agri Drone Retail Finance Manager to facilitate retail financing for agricultural drone customers. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience handling Agricultural Infrastructure Fund (AIF) processes, a solid understanding of finance documentation, and a strong command of stakeholder engagement with regional managers, bankers, and clients. This role requires coordination with financial institutions, effective customer education, and ensuring smooth end-to-end loan processing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the national retail finance strategy to enhance customer accessibility to agri-drones.
  • Forge and manage partnerships with banks, NBFCs, and other financial institutions to create customer-centric financing solutions.
  • Oversee compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Monitor financial metrics and performance to drive improvements and achieve business goals.
  • Collaborate with banks, NBFCs, and financial bodies to offer loan and EMI options for agri drone purchases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and marketing, to integrate finance solutions into the customer journey.

Knowledge And Skill Required

  • Retail Finance Expertise: In-depth understanding of retail finance products, customer needs, and partnerships with banks, NBFCs, and fintech firms.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Comprehensive knowledge of Indian financial regulations, RBI guidelines, and legal frameworks.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage multi-regional teams, fostering collaboration and high performance.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical skills to align finance operations with organizational goals and design impactful programs.
  • Partnership Management: Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills to establish and maintain partnerships with financial institutions.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Expertise in creating customer-friendly financing solutions tailored to diverse market needs.
  • Market Knowledge: Awareness of regional financial markets, rural credit schemes, and industry trends in agri-tech.
  • Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with financial tools, CRM systems, and digital lending platforms to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications



  • BE / B-Tech or / and MBA with marketing / PG Diploma in sales and marketing
  • 05 - 08 years of experience is must and minimum 03 years of working Territory Sales Manager is nice to have.
  • Proactive & result oriented
  • Able to communicate extremely well and relate to, at all levels in the organization.
  • Team Player
  • Preferred Industry - Channel Development, Agri Tractors, Farm Machinery
