Job Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Creator & Editor with a core experience in the same field between 1-10 years for all levels (Executive to Lead) to join our team. You will be responsible for producing high-quality, engaging videos that align with our brand messaging and content strategy for digital platforms including YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.

• Plan, shoot, and edit engaging video content for digital marketing, social media, product showcases, events, testimonials, and campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to develop video concepts and storyboards.
• Add motion graphics, text overlays, and animations to enhance content appeal.
• Manage end-to-end post-production including cutting, color correction, sound design, transitions, and visual effects.
• Optimize videos for different platforms (aspect ratio, resolution, duration, etc.).
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and platform algorithms to create relevant content.
• Maintain an organized media library and project backup system.
• Suggest and experiment with new formats (reels, shorts, vlogs, explained) to boost engagement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in content creation and editing (portfolio/reel required).
• Proficiency with tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
• Knowledge of camera handling, lighting, and audio setup is a plus.
• Understanding of social media video formats, trends, and best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Creative thinker with an eye for storytelling and detail.
• Degree/Diploma in Media, Film, Design, or a related field.
• Experience in motion design or animation is a bonus.
• Proficiency of YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and all the video marketing strategy is a plus.
