Your Role and Impact
Your contribution
- Install telecom software as described in system documentation
- Software configuration of the system
- Creating Methods of Procedure (MOP) and Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP)
- Execution of MOPs and ATPs remotely or on-site for the customer
- Work according to agreed project plans
- Kubernetes, Linux, Docker
- Nokia System Integration or DevOps or QA previous experience
- Knowledge of Nokia Products and Infrastructure like NCS, CBIS, CBAM, NDS, SDL
- Good knowledge of system installation and configuration
- Troubleshooting and Problem-solving skills
- Good customer-facing abilities
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
- The ability to quickly learn and utilize new concepts and find creative solutions to problems
- The ability to present test reports and/or issues found in a professional manner
- Positive, can-do attitude and ability to work with people on different teams and cultures
- Advanced English speaking and writing skills
- Availability for Shifted Hours starting 7pm India time zone .
