Summary: As a Security Delivery Lead, you will lead the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects, leveraging our global delivery capability (method, tools, training, assets). Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the planning and execution of security projects. - Ensure project milestones are met within the defined timelines. - Provide guidance and mentorship to team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityNow. - Strong understanding of identity and access management principles. - Experience with security tools and technologies. - Knowledge of security frameworks and regulations. - Hands-on experience in implementing security solutions. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud security solutions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityNow. - This position is based at our Noida office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
