Job Description

Project Manager (12-15 years) to lead complex software and IT projects. This role be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects within deadlines and budget, coordinating resources, and managing cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, creating detailed plans.
• Lead and manage project teams, assigning tasks and tracking progress.
• Oversee project execution, monitoring budget and resources.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Maintain clear stakeholder communication and reporting.
• Ensure quality standards are met for all deliverables.
• Manage vendors and external resources.
• Drive adherence to Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in CS, Engineering, Business, or related.
• 12-15 years in Project Management, leading large-scale software/IT projects.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery (on time, in budget, to scope).
• Strong experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and/or Hybrid methodologies.
• Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Jira, MS Project).
• Exceptional leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
