UI/UX Designer (225-901)

Responsibilities

• Advocate for accessibility and inclusivity in all aspects of the design process.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers to enhance team capabilities.
• Analyze and incorporate user feedback to refine and optimize design solutions.
• Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and quality in execution.
• Develop and maintain design documentation for future reference and project management.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas and solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio of design projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma.
• Strong understanding of interaction design principles and user-centered design processes.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus but not mandatory.
