Job Description

As a Senior Executive in Operations and Service, you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence and delivering high-quality service to our customers. You will oversee the daily operations, ensuring that our processes are efficient and meet the company’s standards. In this capacity, you will also be responsible for implementing strategic initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness and service quality. Your role will involve coordinating with various departments, leading new projects, and acting as a liaison between the management and the operational teams. Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Implement and refine operational policies and procedures for improved performance.

  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators to track progress and success.
  • Lead and manage operational projects from inception through to completion.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for operational queries and issue resolution.

  • Ensure high-quality customer service is consistently delivered across all channels.
  • Prepare detailed reports for senior management on operational activities and outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations or service management roles.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in standard office software and familiarity with industry-specific tools.
  • Ability to identify and solve operational problems quickly and efficiently.
