Graphic Designer (225-905)

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and design graphics in line with project requirements.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to produce campaign materials.
• Design and produce logos, brochures, banners, and promotional displays.
• Ensure consistency of brand identity across all design outputs and materials.
• Create designs for digital platforms, including websites, social media, and email marketing.
• Prepare design files for print and online publications and ensure optimal quality.
• Work with clients or stakeholders to understand design needs and deliver accordingly.
• Review design work for discrepancies, errors, and overall consistency and quality.
• Keep up with industry trends to keep designs contemporary and effective.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Edit and update older design projects for consistency with current design trends.
• Provide creative input into broader marketing strategies and brand evolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio to showcase.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong creative skills and an artistic flair with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently manage projects.
• Good communication skills and the ability to present ideas and designs clearly.
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS is a plus but not required.
