Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field from an accredited institution.
• Professional licensure as an Architect or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Proven experience in architectural design and project management roles.
• Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) and other architectural software.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning legislation, and construction management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.
