Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms using Flutter.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications are up to standards.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs to optimize application performance.
• Work closely with UI/UX designers to ensure the technical feasibility of layouts and designs.
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
• Implement unit tests for robustness, including edge cases and usability tests.
• Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code and user-friendly applications.
• Proactively monitor and report project progress, accurately identifying any issues or roadblocks.
• Ensure timely project deliveries by actively participating in agile methodologies and sprint planning.
• Document all aspects of application development for future maintenance and upgrades.
• Provide mentorship and support to junior developers to enhance team knowledge and performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in mobile app development using Flutter and Dart programming languages.
• Strong understanding of the full mobile development life cycle, including testing.
• Experience integrating third-party APIs and libraries to enhance application functionality.
• Familiarity with SOLID principles, Clean Architecture, and coding best practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail for debugging and optimizing code.
• Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git, for collaborative development.
