The Digital QA Pre-Sales Lead plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between the technical domain of quality assurance and the business imperative of sales within a digital services environment. This role involves spearheading the pre-sales activities related to quality assurance solutions, including understanding customer needs, designing bespoke QA strategies, and presenting these solutions to prospects and clients. As a Digital QA Pre-Sales Lead, you are expected to bring together your comprehensive QA knowledge and your persuasive communication skills to articulate value propositions that resonate with customers. Your insights will guide potential clients through the technical complexities of digital QA, ensuring that proposed solutions align with their business objectives and technical requirements. Responsibilities

  • Lead the pre-sales function by delivering tailored digital QA solutions to clients.
  • Evaluate client needs and design QA strategies that meet those specific requirements.
  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to develop compelling proposal narratives.
  • Create and deliver presentations that clearly communicate value propositions to stakeholders.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends to inform clients of cutting-edge QA methodologies.
  • Facilitate workshops and demonstrations to showcase QA tools and solutions.
  • Assist the sales team in closing deals by providing technical insights and support.
  • Regularly update stakeholders on the progress and outcomes of pre-sales activities.
  • Analyze competitive offerings to ensure company QA solutions are positioned advantageously.
  • Identify potential barriers in the pre-sales process and develop strategies to overcome them.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of all pre-sales activities and solutions proposed.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of pre-sales processes and methodologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in QA, with a focus on digital solutions and technologies.
  • Strong pre-sales experience, particularly in crafting and presenting technical proposals.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills suited to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and work under tight deadlines efficiently.
  • Experience with QA tools, methodologies, and best practices in digital environments.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
