Reporting to: Sr. VP Sales

Location: Thane

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced candidate from a sales background to lead non-pharma process equipment sales (especially in Nauta Mixture). The ideal candidate should have a strong background in industries such as API, Pigments, Ceramics, Polymers, Food Processing, Dye Stuff, and Colors. They must possess proven sales leadership, with expertise in developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and expanding market share.

Key Responsibilities

Knowledge of Nauta Mixture is essential.

Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategies aligned with company goals to grow market share in non-pharma sectors.

Market Expansion: Identify new opportunities and establish long-term relationships in target industries.

Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with clients, contractors, and industry stakeholders.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Marketing, Engineering, and Product teams to align sales and product offerings.

Sales Reporting: Provide accurate forecasts, reports, and market insights to senior leadership.

Negotiation & Deal Closure: Lead high-value negotiations and ensure profitable, client-aligned contracts.

Budget Management: Manage sales budget and optimize resources to meet targets.

Industry Networking: Represent the company at trade shows and conferences to boost brand presence.

Key Qualifications

Experience: 12+ years in sales or business development within non-pharma process equipment industries.

Knowledge: Deep understanding of process equipment technologies, sales cycles, and industry regulations.

Leadership: Proven ability to lead high-performing sales teams and build senior-level relationships.

Sales Acumen: Expertise in driving strategic initiatives, sales growth, and profitability.

Education: Bachelor’s or master’s in engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
