Job Description

As a Social Media Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in our company's online presence and brand engagement. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to enhance our brand visibility, engage with customer communities, and drive business growth. This position requires a creative thinker who can combine strategic planning with hands-on execution to maximize our social media platforms' potential. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design social content that resonates with our target audience, manage multi-platform social media campaigns, and analyze their effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media trends, tools, and strategies, with the tact and creativity to implement them effectively.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand awareness.
  • Manage and oversee the creation of high-quality and engaging content for social platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency in all social media communications.
  • Analyze and report on social media performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
  • Engage with customers and followers, responding to inquiries and fostering community growth.
  • Monitor industry trends and leverage insights to keep our brand competitive.
  • Organize and manage the company's editorial calendar across all social channels.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to integrate social media efforts with broader campaigns.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with influencers and brand advocates.
  • Stay updated on social media algorithm changes and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Conduct thorough competitive analysis to benchmark our social media activities.
  • Coordinate with designers and videographers to produce captivating visual content.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required.
  • Proven experience as a social media executive or similar role for at least two years.
  • Strong understanding of current social media trends and best practices.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to engage audiences effectively.
  • Experience with social media management tools like Buffer or Hootsuite is preferred.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple social media platforms simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in interpreting social media analytics.
